Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance is critical to instrument uptime and your success. Varying laboratory environments, daily usage and multiple users can all affect instrument performance. WAVE recommends an annual PM to ensure your instruments are running as optimally as possible, and to identify and fix problems before they result in process downtime. Unlike some preventive maintenance plans, WAVE offers Preventive Maintenance plans including full calibration of all relevant instrument components and any necessary software upgrades.

Critical (Platinum) Service Agreement (FCPSA): Full instrument coverage of electrical and mechanical assemblies, should emergency service be required, for the duration of the agreement. Includes one annual Preventive Maintenance visit. Includes all covered replacement parts, labor, and travel. Platinum Service Customers also enjoy priority response.

Emergency (Gold) Service Agreement (FEGSA): Full instrument coverage of electrical and mechanical assemblies, should emergency service be required, for the duration of the agreement. Includes all covered replacement parts, labor, and travel. Gold Service Customers also enjoy priority response.

Field Preventive Maintenance (FPM): Annually scheduled service following a customized maintenance procedure, including calibration. Includes PM parts, labor and travel.

Full-Cover Silver (MFCS): Full instrument coverage of electrical and mechanical assemblies, should emergency service be required, for the duration of the agreement. Includes one annual PM. Instruments to be serviced only at GE Healthcare Wave Products Group, Somerset, New Jersey, USA, or our offices, Cork, Ireland. Includes all covered replacement parts and labor. Customer to bear cost of shipping to Wave Biotech, Wave Biotech will bear return shipping costs.

Mail-In Preventive Maintenance (PM): Scheduled service at customer-requested time interval following a customized maintenance procedure, including calibration. Includes PM parts and labor. PM will be performed only at GE Healthcare Wave Products Group, Somerset, New Jersey, USA, or Wave Europe Pvt Ltd offices, Cork, Ireland. Customer to bear cost of shipping to Wave Biotech; Wave Biotech will bear return shipping costs.

TIME AND MATERIAL SERVICE
At WAVE we offer the same quality service for those customers who wish to maintain their instruments on a time and material basis. Call us with the model name and serial number of your instrument and we will be glad to process your service request.
