Installation
Installation by factory-trained service engineers is offered on our larger Wave Bioreactors such as the System200 and System500/1000. Installation includes pre-installation inspection, set-up and a full system check utilizing the instrumentâs ãStartup Checklist.ä Installation is also available for the smaller System20/50 for complex installations, multiple unit purchases, or purchases requiring high-level bioreactor control strategies.

WAVE offers both FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) Services for the Wave Bioreactor systems to assist our customers with installation, validation activities & regulatory compliance. Please contact your Sales Representative or our Service Department for further details on FAT and SAT services.

Training
WAVE offers instrument operation and maintenance training programs tailored for your organizationâs needs. These programs are customized to meet your specific needs for WAVE equipment, instruments and accessories. Operational & Maintenance Training programs are available at your location, or at our facilities in Somerset, New Jersey.
