| What applications are the SYSTEM2/10 suited for? |
SYSTEM2/10 is designed for cost-sensitive applications
that will not exceed 5 liters culture volume.
Examples are universities, hospitals and genomics/proteonomics
labs. Multiple units can be daisy-chained to a
single PC for remote control. The unit is well-suited
to patient-specific cell therapy and it is a very
compact and simple unit. The optional PERFCONT2E
is used to regulate perfusion rates. |
| Do I
need an incubator for the SYSTEM2/10? Do I need an aeration pump? |
No.
The SYSTEM2/10 has integraL heating unit so it
may be placed on the benchtop or used inside an
incubator with heating disabled. The aeration
pump is built in.

I use the SYSTEM2/10 for perfusion culture? |
Yes.
It uses the CELLBAG2L/P or CELLBAG10L/P that have
integral perfusion filters. |
| What
size or type incubator can I use? |
The
unit has a foot print of only 13 x 19 x 8 inches
so almost any cell culture incubator will work.
