| Microprocessor motion controller
An advanced motion control system positions the sealing jaws with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. This ensures that every tubing diameter and wall thickness is repeatedly sealed to precise thickness. The positioning system also eliminates the need for expensive and cumbersome tubing adaptors to accommodate the wide range of sizes, from 0.25 to 1.25 inch OD. The powerful jaws can exert over 1 ton of pressure to handle heavy wall tubing. |

| Self-calibrating
The only routine calibration required is zeroing the jaw distance. This can be done every few months by the user by simply pressing a button. Temperature sensor calibration protocol can be provided upon request. |

A PC port on the machine can be used to download program updates and new tubing tables from disk or email. The device does not need to be returned. A keyswitch eliminates unauthorized programming access. |

Tubing Tested The Hot Lips Tube Sealer is preprogrammed for various tubing types, diameter, and wall thickness. The appropriate tubing type can be selected from the keypad. Custom tubing types or sizes can be programmed. The machine cannot be used to seal silicone or PTFE tubing.
