Credit Card orders may be submitted online, by mail or fax, P.O.'s may be submitted by mail or fax, and bank checks must be submitted by mail. For registration and payment by mail, you will be prompted to print your form for faxing or mailing (see instructions for payment types below). MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards accepted. Use of American Express is subject to a 3.75% surcharge.

Important Information

Payment, in full, must accompany the registration form:

  • Online registrations must be accompanied by credit card payment information.
  • Faxed registrations must be accompanied by either credit card payment information or a copy of the purchase order or billing authorization.
  • Mailed registrations must be accompanied by either credit card payment information, a P.O. or billing authorization, or a valid bank check.

Participants will receive a written confirmation, which is required for participation. Please ensure that a confirmation of registration has been received from Wave before making travel arrangements.

Registration Discount

Register two delegates and the third person will receive 50% off the registration fee. All registrations must be submitted and paid simultaneously.

Private courses for individual companies can be scheduled for a maximum of 10 students at $9000 per day. The curriculum can be tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
